Our value creation thesis is straightforward: we acquire businesses where the product has already achieved market fit but where the absence of a formal go-to-market function has capped growth at founder bandwidth. We install disciplined, value-based sales execution against an existing customer base and a proven product, without rebuilding what works.

The principal brings twenty years of software industry experience spanning infrastructure, development, and SaaS company formation, including a prior company taken to market with institutional backing. We source deals through a combination of proprietary outreach, broker relationships, and AI-assisted deal flow platforms, and we underwrite to a hold, not a flip.
